A message from Brennan:
After my time as a barista in New York, I quickly fell down the rabbit hole of specialty coffee. When Juliet and I, newly engaged, settled into our new life together in Cleveland, Ohio, we bought our first espresso machine, and quickly fell in love with the craft. Experimenting with techniques and creating drinks became our ritual, and it sparked the idea of turning our passion into something bigger. So we both decided to finally start building our dream, in the form of a coffee cart. This is just the start of our journey, but we are so excited to see where we are headed.
